Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure all job-related tasks are performed safely and efficiently, utilizing all tools and equipment in accordance with the company safety policy Ability to run equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc) Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints The development and training of crew members Collaboration with the Operations Manager for landscaping installations Performs routine job site inspections Assures the quality and timely completion of all daily tasks assigned Communicate production goals with crew members Track and record all job expenses, including materials and labor Assists the Operations Manager with the management of subcontractors as needed Solves technical issues on as-built projects Provides excellent, accurate, complete, and timely service to clients, vendors, and company staff Salary : $21-$28.85 per hour (based upon experience) Competitive Salary Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for advancement All job-specific equipment and safety gear provided 401 (k) retirement savings plan with a company match Group health plan Employee referral bonus program Profit Sharing #J-18808-Ljbffr
