Yo will mnge incoming client ocmenttion cross emil, vyzon, Client ownlos, ShreFile, ocSign, fx, n pper, filing everything ccoring to the firm's nming n filing conventions n ssigning follow-p tsks to visors s neee. y to y, yo'll monitor workflow items n Tems lerts in Fielity Welthscpe, process cstoin pperwork, move tsks forwr throgh vyzon, ocment ctions tken, n help clients with technology n portl login spport. Yo'll lso serve s bckp spport for ccont onboring, CTs, n tring/reblncing tsks longsie the Opertions Intern, stying cross-trine to ensre continity of coverge.

Yo will help coorinte client meetings, confirming nnl meetings re correctly schele throgh Clenly cross visor clenrs n conference rooms in Befor, Nsh, n Peterborogh, prepring meeting spces, greeting clients n prospects, n scnning ocments s reqeste. Yo'll lso spport qrterly report n newsletter milings, n hnle ll client informtion in ccornce with the firm's privcy n t secrity policies, sfegring physicl n electronic recors n reporting ny sspecte t secrity incients right wy.

Qlifictions

High school iplom reqire; ssocite or bchelor's egree, or eqivlent professionl experience, preferre. Prior experience in client service, ministrtive, or office spport role is preferre, ielly within finncil services or nother reglte instry. Strong orgniztionl skills n ttention to etil re essentil, long with the bility to mnge mltiple recrring tsks n elines, follow estblishe processes ccrtely with miniml spervision once trine, n commnicte clerly n professionlly with client-service orienttion. Comfort working cross mltiple office loctions n coorinting logistics for in-person client meetings is pls.
