• CME: $4,250 allowance with 5 dedicated CME days

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated general Cardiologist to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Heart Care Team concsists of 16 physicians and 16 APPs (across all sub-specialties)
• Call structure: 1:8 light home call
• Practice setting: Mixed (primarily outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding 1x every 2 months)
• Access to advanced cath lab (including Watchman, TAVR, high-risk PCI, renal denervation), on-site CT surgery backup, and advanced cardiac imaging
• Drive clinical excellence by utilizing evidence-based decision-making and key procedures (TEE, DCCV) to maximize patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Enhance patient access and heart care through collaborative outpatient and inpatient consultations, maintaining an average clinic volume of 15-20 patients per day
• ACGME Internal Medicine residency involvement optional
• Mentorship opportunities available for advanced practice practitioners and medical students
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Fellowship training in Cardiology required

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
