Ready to build a high-income career but need the right training and support? Our Insurance Sales Protg Program is designed for motivated individuals who want to become successful insurance producers with coaching, structure, and a clear path forward. This is a paid, hands-on training program where youll learn how to sell insurance, build client relationships, and grow.

Hands on Training
Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Follow up on leads promptly and effectively
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and benefits
- Active Property & Casualty License (Life & Health accepted as well or willingness to obtain)
- Previous sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
