Corporate Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a dynamic Corporate Legal Affairs team supporting a publicly traded biotechnology company. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SEC reporting, corporate governance, board support, and maintaining corporate legal records in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements) Coordinate corporate governance activities, board and committee meetings Maintain corporate records, minute books, and entity management Administer insider trading compliance and Section 16 filings Assist with SOX compliance procedures Support M&A due diligence and litigation document management Manage legal document systems and cloud file organization Coordinate legal training sessions, budgets, and vendor invoices Work closely with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, and executive leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience Experience supporting a publicly traded company or large law firm Knowledge of SEC reporting and corporate governance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
