Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. Duties and Responsibilities

● Assist residents with daily living activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

● Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals

● Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning

● Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output

● Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests

● Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor

● Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations

● Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards

● Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines

● Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification

● Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

● Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law

● Must be at least 18 years of age

● Long term care experience preferred

● Current CPR certification required

● Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

● Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with physical mobility needs
