Our team members are part of a company with a heritage of leadership, a focus on shaping the future, and a mission dedicated to alleviating pain and improving the quality of life for people around the world./ph3How Youll Create Impact/h3pVenapax Clinical Specialist must be able to build successful programs by aligning with key Hospital and Facility stakeholders (including surgeons, physicians assistants and other facility staff as necessary), educate a customers on the art of the Venapax Process to endoscopically harvest the saphenous vein or the radial artery for bypass./ppThis is a field based role with an assigned geographic territory./ph3What Makes You Stand Out/h3ulliTrain customers via didactic, video and bench top models for new and existing customers. Build up programs to full adoption./liliDirect a synthetic model or cadaveric model training labs. Run training sessions with the Sales Force./liliProctor live cases for new and existing customers./liliEnsure alignment with all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)./liliOversee key administration duties, including determining optimal schedules based on business and customer needs./liliPromote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances./liliAttend product trade shows and annual trainings./liliProvide support for MedEd events./liliWork with sales force and contracting to utilize and maximize Venapax, all sternal closure and additional AE cross sell opportunities driving greater adoption. Work directly with sales force to drive greater Venapax acumen to create a much wider capacity to reach new customers and attain our growth targets./li/ulpThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act./ph3Your Background/h3ulliPrior experience in the field of endoscopic vessel harvesting is required./liliB.S. in Engineering, Neuro or Biological Science with 6 - 8 years experience of field support, engineering, or other customer facing function with a medical device company preferred. Equivalent years of experience and education will be considered./liliProven track record of achieving strong results/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills/liliStrong presentation and demonstration skills/lili3 years of clinical work experience required./liliExcellent communication, organizational and customer relation skills./liliAbility to work without specific direction on daily activities./li/ulh3Travel Expectations/h3ulli80% travel/liliBase salary ranges between $100,000 - $150,000 plus an added bonus incentive/li/ulpEOE/p/div
