If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, we’d love to connect with you.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.How You’ll Make an ImpactLead end-to-end proposal development, from kickoff to submissionAnalyze tender documents to identify client needs and align strategiesCollaborate with subject matter experts to craft compelling contentManage proposal timelines and ensure timely deliveryFacilitate internal reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedbackDevelop winning strategies to secure new businessMaintain accurate records of proposal activities and outcomesTravel occasionally to customer sites, internal meetings, or industry eventsYour BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or sales supportStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plusThe ability to travel domestically is an essential part of this position.
