Staff Accountant - Real Estate GAAP & Month-End (Hybrid)

April Housing in Los Angeles is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the accounting team. You will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager or Supervisor and work with the Director to ensure timely, accurate month-end closes for affordable housing partnerships. You will handle advanced accounting tasks related to LIHTC multi-family partnerships, maintain GAAP compliance, support debt accounting, and contribute to process improvements and SOX controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr LIHTC Leaders
