Facilities Maintenance Technician Santa Fe Springs, CA 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Training: Approximately 1 month on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) before transitioning to 2nd Shift We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and janitorial duties. This role is ideal for someone with strong handyman skills who takes pride in keeping a facility safe, clean, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Perform general building repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and maintenance tasks. Complete preventative maintenance on facility equipment. Maintain shop floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and exterior grounds. Safely dispose of industrial waste materials according to company procedures. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot routine facility issues. Use hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely. Monitor maintenance and cleaning supply inventory. #nowhiring Qualifications Experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial, handyman, or similar roles. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
