Position Overview:

MEMCO Pasadena is urgently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Certified Flagger to join our team. The ideal candidate must be English speaker or Bilingual and able to effectively communicate with crew members, drivers, and the public while maintaining safe traffic flow around construction and work zones.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control traffic safely through work zones.
• Follow all traffic control plans and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with team members and the public.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices as needed.
• Monitor traffic conditions and report any safety concerns.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Current Flagger Certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish. or English only
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Schedule

• 10hr work-day
