Job Summary This job supports customer orders, ensuring seamless coordination from sale to installation within defined service level agreements. It collaborates with technical teams to manage escalations and provides specialized support, guaranteeing accurate and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities Ensuring timely order coordination, verification, and corrections within service level agreements Collaborating with senior sales colleagues to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Assisting with the incubation process for new products, supporting early-phase introduction Managing support for strategic accounts and maintaining high-level customer relationships Working with advanced technical support teams to manage escalations and ensure resolutions meet service agreements Providing order support across various customer channels Overseeing contract compliance, executing approvals, and ensuring service validation with customers Navigating complex systems to build, track, and monitor multi-location customer orders, while continuously identifying and implementing process improvements Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills Communication, Customer Experience (CX), Teamwork Compensation Pay Range: This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $23.71 - $31.61 USD. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
