Maimonides Health Atrium Associate

Serves as liaison between patient and hospital staff while providing non-clinical amenities for patients and family members visiting the Atrium. Works as part of the team with Patient Representative/AOD's and clinical staff to facilitate comfort-based amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Provides high level of customer service by assisting families with information and amenities during Atrium stay
• Assists in referring patients and families to appropriate services and resources and responds personally when other alternatives are not available
• Answers questions and provides general hospital information
• This position requires a high level of customer service. Associate will have direct contact with patients visiting the clinic and will be expected to maintain patience, understanding, and empathy when dealing with any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Education: BA Preferred.

Experience: Customer Service.

Skills: Multitasking in difficult situations and in high patient volumes.

Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
