Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings. Participate in case strategy development and client counseling. Manage multiple cases independently while working closely with senior attorneys as needed. Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar. 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business disputes. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Courtroom experience is a plus. Ability to manage cases proactively and independently. Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
