SW Regional Class A CDL Driver

Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across California for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage predictable weekly home time and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1200 $1500 average weekly pay
- Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
- Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
- Classification: Full-time W2 position with steady year-round freight
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
- Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
- Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states
Freight & Equipment
- Freight Type: Dry van 100% no-touch freight
- Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%) with remaining loads being live load/unload
- Equipment: Newer well-maintained Kenworth Freightliner and International models
- Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
- Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
- Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety background and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Prior safety infractions accidents or criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable local laws.
