Part-Time Housekeeper Needed

A busy father of three is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented part-time housekeeper to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home. The family follows a week-on/week-off custody schedule, creating natural fluctuations in household needs throughout the month. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and enjoys creating order in a well-kept home.

This role is perfect for someone who is thorough, proactive, and appreciates the importance of the small details that help a household run smoothly. The home is approximately 4,000 square feet and stocked with cleaning supplies and household necessities. The homeowner values organization and attention to detail and is looking for someone who takes pride in creating a clean environment.

Schedule: 10-15 hours per week, 2 days a week, can do 10-3 or 1-6 (open to discussion as he is flexible with any time during the day)

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and household upkeep
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized home environment
• Laundry, folding, and putting clothing away
• Organizing closets, drawers, and household spaces as needed
• Vacuuming, dusting, kitchen upkeep, and routine cleaning tasks
• Ensuring the home is consistently neat and ready for the family's return at the end of the day
• Maintaining supplies and notifying the homeowner of any household needs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
• Someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and takes initiative

Requirements

• Comfortable with 4m/o goldendoodle
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Prior housekeeping experience in a private home
• Ability to lift and perform standard housekeeping duties

Salary and Benefits
