Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program Active Oregon Occupational Therapy License is required to start the position Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred Hand therapy experience preferred. Employer will train OTs with limited hand experience Demonstrated splinting skills preferred BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC Practice & Setting Privately owned, surgeon-led hand and orthopedic practice All patients are internal referrals from surgeons Collaborative, team-based environment working closely with surgeons Outpatient clinic setting with six treatment tables Electronic Medical Record: EPIC Caseload & Schedule Typical caseload: one patient per hour, approximately 12 patients per day No routine double booking; rare exceptions only Flexible Monday–Friday schedules. Common options include four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts Ideal Soft Skills Strong interpersonal skills and professional bedside manner Team oriented and comfortable working shoulder to shoulder with colleagues Independent and confident clinical decision-making Reliable and punctual Problem-solving mindset Compensation & Benefits Compensation varies by experience; approximate ranges provided by the client for planning purposes Relocation assistance available Full benefits package available.
