Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards and employee referrals.FunctionsUtilize job boards, applicant tracking system and other resources to proactively source exempt and non-exempt rolesPartner with assigned hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client serviceScreen and interview applicants to ensure they meet requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilitiesSchedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/candidates through the application processEnsure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate mannerManage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelinesAssist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiencesOther duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNo supervisory responsibilitiesReporting RelationshipThis position will report to the Human Resources ManagerWe are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
