HR Manager
Location: West Chicago, IL
- Manage complex employee relations casework, handle labor relations, and resolve disputes.
- Consult with department managers on employment terms, performance management, and succession planning.
- Oversee benefits advising, payroll administration, and compensation/reward strategies.
- Support recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and lead new hire onboarding.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and training programs to align workforce performance with business goals.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of professional HR experience, with heavy emphasis on employee relations.
- Experience in heavy manufacturing (aerospace, military, or defense highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable multi-tasker willing to "roll up their sleeves" in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (required for ITAR compliance).
