A global and top 50 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group in any of their Dallas, Houston, or New York office. The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a large law firm setting working on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including in connection with a variety of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-out transactions, initial public offerings, and spin-offs.
