Title: CT Technician (Travel Assignment)

Location: Gastonia, NC

Type: Contract | 13 Weeks

Shift & Schedule: Evening/Night Shift | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM | 36 Hours per Week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking CT Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gastonia, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans and related imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Produce high-quality cross-sectional images for diagnostic interpretation
• Administer contrast media and maintain IV competencies as required
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment
• Follow radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines
• Accurately document patient information and imaging procedures
• Provide excellent patient care using AIDET customer service principles
• Assist with general radiologic procedures when needed
• Float between Gastonia and Belmont locations as required

Requirements:

• Active ARRT certification with CT credential: R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) required
• Prior CT Technologist/CT Technician experience required
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging techniques
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Flexibility to float between assigned locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience administering IV contrast preferred
• Experience with Siemens Force and GE HD 750 scanners preferred
• Competency in special imaging techniques preferred
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and customer service
