Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) Location: Carol Stream, Illinois, United States Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift Shift Options * Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM * Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM --- About Our Client Our client empowers brands with the tools and support needed to build successful eCommerce operations. They value entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration and are seeking driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to grow their careers within a rapidly expanding organization. --- The Opportunity Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee night shift operations within a 3PL fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, managing day-to-day fulfillment activities, supporting client-specific projects, and driving operational excellence across the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics and warehouse management experience who can motivate teams, solve operational challenges, and maintain high service levels in a dynamic eCommerce environment. --- Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership * Supervise daily warehouse operations, including: * Order fulfillment * Inventory control * Quality assurance * Logistics coordination * Ensure warehouse operations achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction * Partner with Operations Leadership to meet operational goals and service level agreements (SLAs) * Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees across multiple functions * Foster a safe, productive, and positive work environment Client & Project Management * Collaborate closely with Customer Support and Account Management teams to ensure client deliverables are met * Oversee specialized fulfillment projects, including: * Kitting * Bundling * Custom packaging * Support onboarding for new clients and fulfillment processes * Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables * Provide real-time updates and issue resolution across internal teams Process Improvement & Compliance * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings * Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational challenges * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations * Maintain accurate reporting and operational tracking using Excel or Google Sheets * Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations --- Qualifications & SkillsRequired * 5+ years of experience leading operations teams in a warehouse or fulfillment environment * Proven experience managing teams of 10-50 employees * Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment * Comfortable learning new technologies and proprietary software systems * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets * High school diploma or equivalent Preferred * College degree * Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance * Spanish language proficiency --- Compensation & BenefitsCompensation * Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 USD Benefits & Perks * Competitive compensation package * Comprehensive health and dental coverage starting on day one * 15 days of paid vacation * 3 sick days * 2 PTO days * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * 100% covered Calm app subscription * Employee discount program * Company-sponsored social events * Supportive and inclusive company culture * Strong employee retention and career growth opportunities About Midway Staffing: Midway Staffing is a rapidly growing staffing company connecting top talent with leading organizations.
