Regional PainterThis position is currently open for our West Chester/Dayton Carespring buildings.Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Regional Painter to support multiple CareSpring facilities throughout the West Chester and Dayton, Ohio area. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of our buildings by performing high-quality interior and exterior painting projects. The ideal candidate has experience preparing surfaces, selecting the proper materials, and delivering professional results while following all safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesTravel between CareSpring facilities within the West Chester/Dayton region to complete painting projects.Make on-site preparations before beginning work, including protecting furniture, flooring, and surrounding areas.Clean, sand, patch, caulk, and prime surfaces before painting.Select the appropriate paints, primers, and materials for each project.Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.Perform interior and exterior painting as assigned.Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other painting equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Complete projects efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship.QualificationsPrevious painting, maintenance, or commercial/residential painting experience preferred.Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and painting equipment.Ability to travel between facilities within the West Chester and Dayton, Ohio region.Ability to work at various heights and in different environments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to lift painting supplies and equipment and perform physical work throughout the day.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
