Location: Manchester, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift times are flexible, starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with a shift ending between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Weekend shifts are self-selected, with a requirement of one weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for a wide variety of patients, primarily in acute care settings. The facility serves a diverse patient population, with a focus on cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions as per established protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions in the designated system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid NH Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification is required.
• Acute Care experience is preferred.
• Vestibular experience is preferred but not required.
