As a valued member of our staff, you will provide exceptional dining experiences to our residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and independence. This position plays a key role in helping us maintain high standards of hospitality in a senior living environment.* Provide prompt, courteous, and professional table service to residents and guests* Ensure dining room is clean, orderly, and properly set before and after each meal* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery* Address resident questions and concerns with warmth, patience, and respect* Support residents with special dietary needs or preferences* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times* Assist with other dining-related tasks as assigned by supervisorsQualifications* Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, especially in a senior living or healthcare setting* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service* Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends and holidays* Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
