HVAC Installer

Job Description

• 1 year experience with new construction installation of forced air heating, air conditioning, ductless mini split, and heat pump systems
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
• No criminal record
• Clean and neat appearance with good customer service skills and a great work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers and coworkers, Bilingual is a plus
• Super organization skills
• Problem solving skills
• Willing to work overtime, as needed
• Regular job duties include full installations/new construction
• Job also includes basic systems like air handlers, furnace, coils, outdoor units, gas packs,
• While working on installations you will also do light construction work in order to install the unit such as fabricate small duct work, electrical wiring, drilling, etc.
• Must be able to carry out instructions with little to no supervision
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
