Frontier - merged with Verizon. Yu will handle retention work - disconnected service situations and high-volume calls coming in . The fact that Frontier was bought by Verizon. Agents can move customers to Verizon or vice versa to Frontier to help with the Retention – Upselling + Call center + Sales environment.

• Title: Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative (Call Center Rep)
• Location: Onsite (Augusta, GA 30907)
• Pay: $17.00/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses (Top performers average an additional $400-$450+ per month, with high achievers earning significantly more.)
• Start Date: August
• Schedule: Flexible availability required between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST . (Shift assignments may change based on business needs. Top-performing agents receive priority during shift selection.)

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding service concerns, account changes, and disconnect requests
• Build rapport quickly and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Retain customers by identifying needs and offering effective solutions
• Present service options, upgrades, promotions, and retention offers
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
• Educate customers on Frontier and Verizon offerings
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate documentation
• Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, retention, quality, and sales
• Follow call handling procedures and compliance guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

Minimum Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
• Strong attendance and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Telecommunications, retention, or customer loyalty experience
• Inside sales, upselling, cross-selling, or consultative sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics
• High school diploma or GED
