Start Date: 10/05/2026
Schedule: Night Shift (12x4 Hours) 48hours/week

• Unit: 28-bed Inpatient Observation Unit near ED

• Patient Population: Medical patients, trauma overflow, mid-holds; low to higher acuity

• Environment: Fast-paced with frequently changing acuity; may float to areas within competency

• Experience: 2 years recent specialty experience in an acute-care setting

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required | TNCC preferred

• Holidays: Holiday coverage is expected

• Compliance: All demographic information must be loaded, including a badge-appropriate photo

• Key Skills: Strong assessment, adaptability, and ability to manage changing patient acuity in a fast-paced observation setting
