Dispatcher Customer Service Representative

Flatirons Heating & Air is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and competitive Office Manager / Customer Experience Coordinator to help lead our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping a team organized, and making sure the office runs efficiently. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls with professionalism and energy. Schedule and dispatch service, maintenance, and installation calls using ServiceTitan. Manage technician schedules and communicate updates with customers. Keep the office organized and support daily business operations. Follow up on estimates, maintenance opportunities, and missed calls. Maintain accurate customer records and office documentation. Assist leadership with reporting, administrative tasks, and office coordination. Help maximize technician efficiency and daily revenue. Requirements HVAC industry experience is required. ServiceTitan experience is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Competitive mindset with a positive, team-first attitude.
