Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality.

• Assist with food preparation tasks and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.

• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment and utensils, throughout each shift.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow.

• Assist with catering events or special meal preparations as needed, ensuring high standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided.

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or culinary setting is a plus

• Experience working in fine dining environments or catering is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
