Starting Rate of pay: $21.72/HR
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
Shifts Available and Hours:
12-hour continental shifts days & nights available
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What you will be doing
- Place safety first.
- Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
- Hooking of parts for painting.
- Unloading lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting
- Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
- Read work instructions and interpret production drawings.
- All other duties as directed by the department shift leader or manager.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- The ability to work any shift is required.
- Technical Knowledge Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external sources to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension.
- Physical Requirements Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 130 lbs. on a repetitive basis, with a partner.
- Must have the ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot/cold)
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Manufacturing Experience is desirable.
- Education High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Communication Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred.
- Team player.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to be adaptable to change; ability to prioritize needs.
