Operations Analyst for Google Workspace [Remote]

As an Operations Analyst specializing in Google Workspace, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational workflows. Your expertise will directly contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn and perform. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize operational workflows using Google Workspace tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify process improvements and foster better collaboration within Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Provide detailed feedback and structured input to support AI training projects, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Document procedures and best practices, maintaining clear communication across all operational initiatives.
• Conduct audits of data and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support ongoing operations and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools.
• Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve project outcomes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, particularly Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a distributed team.

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranges from $63 to $119.
