Reach Operator (Hyster) - Temp to Hire

We are currently hiring an experienced Reach Operator (Hyster) for a fast-paced indoor warehouse environment in Tolleson, AZ. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a company that distributes a wide variety of industrial materials including parts, tubing, metals, and other products.


We are seeking reliable candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity with strong warehouse experience and excellent attention to detail.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Shift options:
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available
• Must be comfortable working some Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hyster Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Pull and stage pallets, cases, and single-item orders
• Read and process packing slips and warehouse paperwork accurately
• Use warehouse equipment including wrappers and strappers
• Load, unload, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Perform order picking with accuracy and speed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck (Hyster preferred)
• Strong math skills, especially:
  • Multiplication
  • Division
• Experience pulling pallets, cases, and single-item orders
• Comfortable working with packing slips, paperwork, and inventory documents
• Experience using wrapping and strapping equipment
• Ability to think quickly and stay organized under pressure
• Mature, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the shift
