Customer Service Representative

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and maintains a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate support. Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email regarding requests, documentation, and updates. Process and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages requiring immediate attention. Accurately document client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within internal systems. Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, policies, and guidelines. Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to a variety of customer personalities and situations. Preferred Experience in the legal services industry. Experience working in a service-oriented environment. Familiarity with CRM, database, or client management systems.
