Building on his celebrated work at Lupa and Del Posto — where he earned two Michelin stars and a four-star   New York Times   review — his reimagined menu will honor Italy’s rich regional traditions through his unique and visionary lens. This is paired with a world-class wine program featuring benchmark producers and rare, cellar-worthy gems. 

 

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Dishwashers to join our team and help support our kitchen operations at the highest level.

Qualifications:

• Experience cleaning dishes in a busy restaurant and/or cleaning restaurants/kitchens
• A team first mentality and willingness to help others as needed
• Ability to perform tasks at a continuously fast pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality and speed standards
• Full-time availability to work PM shifts, including weekend availability is desired
• The ability to stand for an 8 to 10 hour shift
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
