This position is responsible for driving new business into our office while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who wants to help people! Candidates must have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision. Responsibilities
- Recognize and qualify personal insurance opportunities in person, online, by phone, and through electronic communication
- Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products using agency technology and software with the ability to close deals
- Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
- Follow all company rules and regulations
- Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
- Enjoy Sales
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License
- PA Life Insurance License
- 1 Year of Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
- Be highly attentive to details
- Strong organization and time management skills
