These duties will include:Assist with month end close procedures including booking journal entries and performing account reconciliations.Prepare a variety of accounting statements such as working papers, schedules, exhibits, or summaries to provide business information to management and field personnel.Assist with internal and external audits by providing documents to audit teams as requested.Communicate with supervisors; managers; field staff; and other business, corporate, accounting, and finance staffs to obtain and exchange informationPerform planning, primarily regarding individual workload to meet deadlines and business objectives.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred) or finance required, CPA preferred.3+ years experience preferred, but may be a recent college graduateKnowledge of accounting journal entries and how entries impact financial statementsKnowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledge or ability to learn SAP and company accounting softwareWhat We Offer:3 weeks vacation + 12 paid holidays + PTO daysFull health benefits including employer HSA contributions + dental plan with an orthodontic option, wellness coaching availableMatching 401KGenerous tuition reimbursement programGenerous paid parental leaveFriendly and supportive coworkersZero Harm for Everyone EverywhereValue People – Respect, Recognize & RewardThink Customer.
