Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a full commitment to success every day
• Make outbound or inbound calls to leads from provided lists
• Track leads accurately
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.

Requirements

• Basic communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Dedication to customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
• A positive attitude

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Business Insurance.
• Our office is located in Katy TX.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and National Quality Award
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish
