We are looking for qualified caregivers to meet this growing need, we have flexible schedules from live-in 7 days a week to a variety of Monday through Friday and weekends shifts – full time and part time. Job Summary The Nurse Aide assists with basic patient care activities. Responsibilities Assists with procedures/plan of care prescribed by a Registered Nurse (RN). Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions ff. Provides for patients psychosocial and spiritual needs & special conditions. Develops & maintains cooperative and therapeutic relationships with residents, families and other staff Responds to patient needs and responds to patient safety concerns promptly Licenses/Certifications/Registration: Required Credential(s) Home Health Aides, Nurses Aides and Certified Nurse Aides.
