Strategy Analyst (PMO & Strategic Operations)
Pizza Hut is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support the Digital & Technology Management (DMT) organization by driving visibility, accountability, and execution across key strategic initiatives. This role will act as the operational backbone of the PMO, partnering with senior leaders to assess progress, identify risks, prioritize initiatives, and ensure critical workstreams stay on track.
The ideal candidate will come from a consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or Chief of Staff background and possess a strong strategic mindset. This individual must be comfortable interacting with senior executives, presenting updates to leadership, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PMO governance and strategic planning across DMT initiatives and workstreams.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple business and technology pillars.
- Create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status updates for SVPs and C-suite leaders.
- Drive accountability by proactively following up with stakeholders and ensuring commitments are delivered on time.
- Identify gaps, risks, and execution challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Help leadership prioritize initiatives and focus efforts on the highest-value activities.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to align execution against strategic objectives.
- Provide visibility into portfolio health and overall initiative progress.
- Ensure critical programs remain on track and operational priorities are effectively managed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, PMO, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, or Chief of Staff support.
- Experience supporting senior leaders, SVPs, or executive stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive action without direct authority.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, or enterprise initiatives preferred.
