Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney for an on‑site position in The Villages, Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney confident in handling both pre‑litigation and litigation matters, contributing to the firm's expansion throughout Florida. Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload from pre‑suit through litigation. Conduct case evaluations and develop legal strategies. Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings, mediations, and trials. Negotiate settlements in pre‑litigation and litigation phases. Ensure office performance aligns with firm standards and client service expectations. Maintain strong client communication and case management practices. Qualifications Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar. Minimum 5 years of personal injury experience. Proven courtroom and deposition experience. Strong negotiation and case management skills. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in‑office. Bilingual a plus.
