Accountabilities

• Produce short-form advertising videos for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, prioritizing engagement and conversion.
• Edit user-generated content, testimonials, product demonstrations, and founder-led videos into compelling, audience-focused ads.
• Develop multiple variations of hooks, calls to action, messaging angles, and video concepts to support ongoing performance testing.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, and Descript to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and content production.
• Write or adapt scripts and advertising copy to communicate product benefits, strengthen messaging, and encourage action.
• Create high-converting static creatives for paid social campaigns, adapting layouts, headlines, and offers to generate multiple testable variations.
• Use established templates, creative production systems, and inspiration libraries to produce consistent, on-brand assets efficiently.
• Gather, organize, and manage user-generated content, stock footage, B-roll, hooks, and other creative materials.

• Proficiency with at least one professional or widely used editing tool, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and the ability to create clear, visually effective static advertising assets.
• Strong understanding of hooks, calls to action, creative angles, and the principles behind conversion-focused advertising.
• Experience writing, adapting, or refining scripts and copy for advertising creatives.
• Experience with or a strong working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, such as ChatGPT, Runway, or Pika.
