Responsibilities Promote and sell memberships and services Give quality tours to potential new members and tailor them to interests Scan member cards and greet by name Build relationships and retain members Answer member questions in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner Attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills Multitask and manage front desk responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment Perform light cleaning duties and hospitality tasks (make coffee, fold towels, stock supplies) Collaborate with team to create a positive and engaging environment Manage schedule (~10-29 hours per week, depending on branch) Schedule Weekday Opening Shift: 4:45 AM – 9:00 AM Weekday Closing Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Weekend Shifts: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays This position supports member engagement, check‑ins, and front desk operations during our busiest times.
