What You'll Do: In this role, you'll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including precision machined components, injection mold tooling, plastic injection molded product, and more that serve industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You'll Bring to the Table: Proficiency in operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers - required Strong programming skills - required Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings including GDT Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Leadership and mentorship mindset to drive department success A Day in the Life: Set up, program, and prove out CNC Vertical and Horizontal Milling process to be passed to machine operators. Lead and mentor a team of CNC Milling Machinists Incorporate probing sequences for next part orientation and dimensional accuracy Provide guidance and troubleshooting for milling department.
