Account Representative

Schneider is seeking an Account Representative in Green Bay to assist the Account Specialist Team within Schneider's Transportation Management (STM) division. The Account Representative will resolve issues, manage customer challenges and develop strong internal and external relationships. Responsibilities include identifying, addressing and solving problems for managed accounts, coordinating and scheduling appointments for assigned shipments, managing high-volume email communications, helping customers classify freight, and participating in regular business reviews with key accounts. Utilizing a variety of reports, dashboards, tools and technology is also part of the role.

Skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant work experience, the ability to work on-site at a Schneider facility, strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
