Crusoe Energy Systems LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to be the primary technical owner for customer support of Crusoe Cloud. You will handle incidents, triage, and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring SLAs and high CSAT, while enabling customers to leverage GPU compute power for AI workloads. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud/storage/networking support, Linux CLI proficiency, and experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Crusoe Energy Systems LLC
