Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Beaver Dam offers access to Beaver Dam Lake and Crystal Lake Park, giving travelers a setting with waterfront recreation and walking trails close to downtown. Madison is about 40 miles south and Milwaukee is about 60 miles east, providing access to major dining, entertainment, and airport options within about an hour to 90 minutes. Horicon Marsh, one of the largest freshwater cattail marshes in the United States, is about 15 miles away and supports birding, paddling, and scenic wildlife viewing.
