Manager-Dental Customer Service & New Business /Development- East

 

DenLine Uniforms, Inc. Quincy, IL, manufacturer of Protective Apparel (PPE) mandated by OSHA, is used to prevent incidental splash of blood or OPIM from contacting the employees’ skin during dental treatment. DenLine is a Diamond Trusted Supplier of PPE to Heartland Dental..the largest Dental Group in the US and Canada with 2,700 Offices. DenLine supplies customers in all 50 US States, in business beginning 35 years ago, and is a Debt Free, Privately Owned Company.

 

Position Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining Current Base originating from Single Office ( 1-4) and 10-75 Office Group Dental Business.

2. Expanding Business

Ø Dental Groups 10-75 Offices (180 Headquartered in East US)

Ø Dental Schools (35 in East-US)

Ø Dental Hygiene and Assisting Schools (135 Located in East US)

 

Skills Needed to Accomplish Growth:

1. Competent using Salesforce Contact Management Software.

2. Competent using Microsoft Teams , Word , and ability to operate Excel.

3. Experience giving Remote Presentations ... such as:

• Dental Groups
• Dental Schools
• Dental Hygiene Schools

4. Basic Math to present Denline’s Exclusive Cost Calculator , comparing various methods of providing PPE..i.e., Launder Internal, Rent, or use Disposables.

5. Telephone Consulting & Selling

6. Ability to Conduct “Needs Assessment” with New Potential Accpunts.

 

This job position works out of Quincy Business & Technology Center, 301 Oak Street
Quincy, IL, where our 14,000 Sq Ft. Warehouse with 80,000 Coats is located providing immediate shipment to our Customers.

 

Limited Travel

Expect to attend 3 total 4-day Trade Shows Annually as an Exhibitor

 

Business Hours: 8 to 5 M-F CST

 

Annual New Business Sales Objective:

Year 1- $400,000- New Account Business

Year 2- $500,000- New Account Business

Year 3- $600,000- New Account Business

 

Compensation:

Expect to Earn 6 Figures assuming New Business Achieved per Above

Hourly Position plus Monthly Commission on Maintenance as well as New Account Business Invoiced. Commission paid upon receipt of payment from customer.

 

Base Hourly to be Negotiated.

Hourly Employee for Hours worked out of 301 Oak Main Office

Per Diem paid on Days Traveled.

 

Education - BS/BA Degree, Marketing/Sales, Good Computer Skills, Good Math, Grammar, Written and Verbal Communication Skills

 

Full Time Employee Vacation Benefits-

One Week Vacation after completing 1 Year of Service, two weeks after 3 years.

401K Profit Sharing after 1 full year of service, subject to semiannual entry dates documented in the plan. The plan is 100% DenLine Funded (no matching required), with 3% guaranteed, up to 5% discretionary based on Company Financial Performance.

DenLine’s 401K includes the eligibility to defer up to $24,500** of an employee's annual income from the current years taxes. The amount that can be deferred varies by age of employee, see plan limitations. Also discretionary each year, DenLine offers to match 100% of the participants deferral up to 4% of the employee’s earnings.

DenLine’s 401K Plan is administered by Crawford Retirement Group, Quincy, IL, with plan participant funds managed by Fidelity Investments.
