Part Time Teller

Position Overview Part Time Teller – Hudson Oaks, TX (Hudson Oaks branch). Bilingual Spanish preferred. R228021. As a teller within PNC’s Retail Branch Banking organization, you will deliver a unique customer experience by processing a variety of interactions, educating customers on products and services, and identifying banking opportunities while adhering to all policies and procedures. PNC is an in-office company that encourages collaboration and inclusion. The role is fully onsite. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Successful candidates should possess appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Key requirements include: Bilingual Spanish preferred. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. No college degree or significant experience required. Accurate and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities. Strong communication and effective customer service skills. Basic banking knowledge; on-the-job training provided.
