Balanced Lifestyle

o 4-day work week + 1:4 call rotation
o Weekend locum support to protect your time
o Additional compensation for any weekend call you do take
o Dedicated coverage: 1 local hospital

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits

o Base salary: up to $425,000
o Productivity + quality bonuses
o Current physician team earning up to $675k+
o $45,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
o $75,000 NHSC loan repayment eligibility
o 401(k) with employer match
o 32 days PTO annually
o FTCA malpractice coverage. Zero tail coverage. Ever!

Balanced Schedule:
Maintain a rewarding work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a 1:4 call rotation. We go a step further to support your time and well-being by providing weekend Locum Tenens coverage so you can truly recharge. For weekends you work, we offer Hospital Weekend Call Compensation as additional recognition for your time and commitment.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Completion of a U.S.-accredited OB/GYN residency
